8 Best Self-Care Gifts for Women

Women do so many things, wear so many hats, and have so many responsibilities, that it’s no wonder some of the best gifts you can give a woman is self-care!

There’s nothing like the reminder that 1) you need to take some time for yourself, and 2) it’s okay to take time for yourself.  Let me tell you, Mom guilt is so real!

As a new Mom (my baby is 18 months now), it’s been so hard for me to take time for myself, and indulge in some of my favorite Simple Joys.  My Simple Joys are things like drinking coffee from my favorite coffee mug, lighting my favorite candle or having a piece of chocolate!
